Who is responsible

The publisher named in the footer, reachable at privacy@bookandpaperexpo.com. The site is operated from the Czech Republic and hosted in Canada; it is intended for visitors in Canada and is written with PIPEDA and the applicable provincial laws in mind, as well as the EU GDPR that applies to the publisher.

What we collect

Stay requests: the name, email, phone, dates, party size, hotel choice and notes you send through the form, used to answer your request and, with your agreement, passed to the hotel or a travel partner to complete a booking. Kept 12 months.
Server logs: IP address, page, time, browser string and referrer, for security and diagnostics; rotated automatically.
Tag manager: Google Tag Manager measures how visitors arrive and whether the form was sent or a hotel link clicked; it sets cookies under Google's terms. Content blockers stop it; the site works without it.

Your rights

Ask what we hold about you, ask for correction or deletion, or withdraw consent, at privacy@bookandpaperexpo.com; we answer within 30 days. In Canada you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or your provincial commissioner; in the EU, to your local supervisory authority.
